We are using a specialist carrier who carries glass products on a regular basis, if the product breaks in transit we will replace it.
You will be advised by the carrier as to when they are in your area and given a specific delivery day, they are unable to give you a time or even an AM or PM delivery time, what they can do is call you when they are one hour away if you wish.
as mentioned we use a specialist glass handler to deliver our doors which is why the cost of delivery is so high and why delivery can take up to the times mentioned below,
we have been using this company for quite some time and have never had a problem.
most carriers will not deliver glass products, you are more than welcome to collect from our premises (by prior arrangement only) or send in your own carriers however we DO NOT RECOMMEND THE LATER OPTION,
if our carrier breaks a door that is our problem and it will be replaced, if your carrier breaks a door that is YOUR problem and a replacement will be chargeable, remember this a glass product and if handled incorrectly it will break, it is not a cd from Amazon or a DVD from play
as demonstrated in our pictures and video our doors are VERY strong however the nature of toughened glass is that if you "ding" the corner or edge on a hard surface such as concrete, tiles or metal then it will shatter.
as you can see we have taken videos of our staff doing there best to abuse and mishandle a pane of toughened glass and the results.
our delivery is to the UK mainland only, however we do have trusted carrier in ports around the country who have delivered glass products to the off shore islands, please enquire as we love to receive off shore orders and will do our very best to help you.

Delivery is £60 for the first door and £30 for any doors ordered at the same time to the same address. For example £60 for one doors, £90 for two doors, £120 for three doors, and so on.
delivery is to the UK mainland only.
Delivery is upto 4 - 6 weeks
If you are not able to accept delivery on the date offered the doors will be put on the next trip to your area which could be upto another four to six weeks.
If delivery is arranged and you are not available on the agreed day there will be a re-delivery charge of £60.00.
They offer a kerb side delivery, this means that the driver will bring the product to the end of the van and you are responsible for unloading from that point, they require TWO ABLE BODIED PEOPLE to take the door from that point but I am sure if you offer the driver a cup of tea, a sticky bun and a TIP he will help you unload, however I have to stress that you require at least one able bodied person,
at that point responsibilty for the door passes to you, if it breaks after the kerb side delivery that is your problem,
however we can give you some important tips:-
- do not put the door down on any hard surface such as concrete or metal or tiles for example.
- do not hit the door off any hard surfaces,
- DO put it down carpet or timber,
- do not use a scraper or any abrasive substance to clean the door, the surface of toughened safety glass is softer than the surface of ordinary (window) glass
